Uttara Phalguni is the twelfth Nakshatra in Vedic Astrology and is formed by the stars Denebola (Beta-Leonis), and 93-Leonis. It lies in the constellation of Leo and has a span that extends from 26°40′ Leo to 10°00′ Virgo. The symbol used for representing Uttara Phalguniis the back legs of a bed. Uttara Phalguni means “The Latter Reddish One” or “The Latter Fig Tree.”
